Probably one of the few advices I’ll pass on to my daughters: swaddle the baby!
It makes them feel secure, cuddled, warm and calms them. Feeling their boundaries urges them to break them down and push, stimulating their brains. Baby nests, wraps and swaddle blankets are used in premature infant care daily for it’s many benefits
